What to write about

• A tool is not working. Tell us which page you were on, your browser, and if possible the file type and size. We cannot see your file, since it stays in your browser, so those details are all we have to work from.
• Something is wrong or missing. Incorrect photo dimensions for a country or exam, a broken link, or a poor translation.
• Feature requests. Tell us what you were trying to do.
• Privacy and data requests. See our Privacy Policy. Requests under GDPR and comparable laws are answered within 30 days.
• Trademark or content concerns. If you represent a rights holder and believe something here should be changed, write to us and we will respond promptly.

A note on your files

We cannot recover, inspect or resend anything you converted. All processing happens inside your browser and nothing is uploaded to us, so there is nothing on our side to retrieve.
